Naiad by 4steex Naiad by 4steex
a little copy+paste from Wikipedia:
"In Greek mythology, the Naiads were a type of nymph (female spirit) who presided over fountains, wells, springs, streams, brooks and other bodies of freshwater."

the face is inspired by the model Sasha Pivovarova, and I also used this stock as reference--> drezdany-stocks.deviantart.com…

tell me what u think...
and have a great weekend :)

Wow the details in this are wonderful! The way you did the water is especially lovely. I think if you made the lines on the naiad a little softer and less harsh it would create more flow and softness to go with the background, but very beautiful anyways :D

thank u for your lovely comment.
I agree that the backround dosen't totally complay with the figure but I believe it's more to color differences than soft or harsh lines (since I feel she is quite soft as I meant her to be- I hope I make sense :)), and that is defintly a consideration I MUST make in my next piece.
and thank u once again :)
